Practice description.
My counselling room is in a rural location, a few miles outside of Gillingham/Shaftesbury/Wincanton with private parking.
 I offer a free initial telephone conversation with you, to see how I can best support you.

Abuse, Anxiety, Adjustment, Bereavement, Childhood related issues, Anger related issues, Depression, Identity issues, Loss, Men's issues, Relationships, Low Self-esteem, Self-harm, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues. Unhelpful behaviours.

Humanistic, Integrative, Person centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, Solution focussed Therapy.  Psychoeducation.

How I deliver therapy
Face to face, Online via video platforms and telephone counselling. 
This may be short term or long-term depending on your needs.
